The Daily Mail Schools Cup continues to excite, inspire and educate even more than ever, as another record entry for this season’s competition underlines.

Entries for the Under 15 and Under 18 Cups have again set new standards, increasing from1,068 last year to a massive 1,143 for 2008/09.

Once again the Under 15 section shows the greater increase, with 646 going to post, while 497 schools will take part in the senior event.
